This home in Sandestin is beautiful! We have rented this property twice, and it does not disappoint. The property was very clean. The setting is gorgeous, and we loved watching the osprey out back as they built their nest nearby.

Eric is a great host and is quick to respond to any questions. We love Sandestin and this property. Such a pleasure to stay here!

Eric was very easy to work with and everything was just as he told me. Also went to the trouble to send me instructions on different things to make sure I understood everything that we will be using.

We were very pleased with our stay at the property at inlet beach. Our host Eric was very helpful and gave clear, prompt communication during our visit. The home was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We loved having use of the golf cart to visit the beach which was a quick trip down the street. The home was close to restaurants, shopping, grocery store and just about anything needed. We cant wait to return and would recommend this property if you are considering a trip near the 30a area.

We had a wonderful stay in Eric’s place in Baytowne. The condo was beautiful and the views of the bay was so pretty. Everything we needed was there. Eric was a wonderful host. Checking in on us

through our stay to see if we had any issues or needing anything. Best host we’ve ever had.

This was our second time staying at this Baypine cottage. We highly recommend Rentals by Eric. Having such a relaxing visit, we extended our stay additional days. Eric provides top self service and his property is immaculate. Thank you Eric. We look forward to booking additional trips in the future.
