This is the 4th year we have booked the home on Boardwalk in Sandestin. We love the space and area the home affords our family and the layout is perfect. We can house our parents, kids, and ourselves and all have space to watch tv separately. There is also plenty of space to host friends and other family staying at the resort with the open floor plan!

Booking with Eric was the easiest trip I have booked. We travel a lot and have stayed at many places but Eric made the whole process from booking to check out easy and smooth. He responds right away to any needs right away. 100% recommended him and we will be booking through him again!

The house was lovely and the area was perfect. There are two golf carts so our group could break up. There is everything you could want in Sandestin. We can’t say enough good things about this Rental. Eric is an awesome attentive host. The condo is so spacious and well decorated. This is our third stay in this unit and we plan on coming back every year. And if you have never been to Sandestin Resort, then you are really missing out. This resort has every amenity you can think of and the most beautiful beach.

We love booking at Eric’s Rentals. The Baypine Cottage is absolutely perfect. The location gives you perfect proximity to the beach, shopping, great restaurants, entertainment and your choice of three pools. The golf cart makes it so easy to access fun spots. The cottage’s layout is perfect to enjoy awesome views and practical living. It is always clean and equipped with everything you need from wine glasses, to towels, beach chairs, and laundry soap. We can’t wait to book again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay with Rentals by Eric! The space itself was gorgeous, charming, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for an incredible vacation. The location truly could not have been better, with such easy beach access and the golf cart making everything even more fun and convenient, especially along all the 35-and-under roads throughout 30A, inlet beach, the shops and scenic 30A… you can really enjoy it with ease.

We loved being able to explore all the amazing shops and restaurants nearby, and Inlet Beach was only about a 3-minute golf cart ride away. It made the whole experience feel relaxing, easy, and so memorable.

This was one of those vacations where everything just clicked, beautiful accommodations, great location, easy communication and such a seamless experience from start to finish. Thank you so much for helping make our trip so special. We cannot wait to come back!

We just stayed at rental by Eric and had an excellent stay. Eric was very responsive if we had questions or needed anything. The place was very clean and would highly recommend.

Eric’s place in Miramar Beach was absolutely amazing! The home was beautiful and honestly even nicer than the pictures, everything exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. The golf carts were such a great bonus, super fun and very convenient for getting to the beach quickly. The location was perfect and the community had so much to offer with a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Eric was very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with which made the entire experience smooth. I would definitely recommend this property and any of Eric’s properties, and I will absolutely be looking to stay here again in the future.

This home in Sandestin is beautiful! We have rented this property twice, and it does not disappoint. The property was very clean. The setting is gorgeous, and we loved watching the osprey out back as they built their nest nearby.

Eric is a great host and is quick to respond to any questions. We love Sandestin and this property. Such a pleasure to stay here!

Eric was very easy to work with and everything was just as he told me. Also went to the trouble to send me instructions on different things to make sure I understood everything that we will be using.

We were very pleased with our stay at the property at inlet beach. Our host Eric was very helpful and gave clear, prompt communication during our visit. The home was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We loved having use of the golf cart to visit the beach which was a quick trip down the street. The home was close to restaurants, shopping, grocery store and just about anything needed. We cant wait to return and would recommend this property if you are considering a trip near the 30a area.

Eric’s condo located in San Destin is an excellent spot for a golf trip. The condo has plenty of space and a relaxing porch overlooking the bay. There are several golf courses located in the community and the wharf is a short walk. We will be coming back again next year.

This adorable three bedroom, three bathroom home is located in a private gated community near Destin. It was clean and had all the amenities for our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful at night with the sun hitting the water!

It was relaxing to walk the neighborhood, swim in the three private pools available, ride the golf cart provided to the beach with easy access within the resort neighborhood!

Grilling at night on the screened in porch was very comforting! There were also restaurants and shopping within the resort as well as within close proximity!

TVs are located in each bedroom and a washer and dryer are available in the home as well. He provides beach towels and beach accessories you can use while enjoying the pool or beach.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in one of Eric’s homes for any future traveling adventures!
