Eric is hands down the best host! He is so easy to work with and truly cares for his guests! The balcony puts you directly in touch with natural wildlife that comes with a beautiful bay view. Our experience at Mirimar Beach was outstanding, and the home was a big reason why! The house was spotless, up to date and supplied with all the items we needed. We stayed in the condo near Fort Walton. Our stay was brief but it was well spent. This unit has a great view from the balcony and main bedroom and a lot of activities and shopping locations and restaurants on the premises.
What a warm and inviting cottage on the bay. Sunset views and fireworks were spectacular right from the screened and back porch.
Eric’s house in Sandestin was perfect for our golf trip. The house had plenty of room and plenty living space to enjoy the house. We will be back for sure.
Cozy clean cottage on the Bay. It covered the details, like nice handsoap and laundry detergent. The layout was fantastic with 2 master suites. Eric was attentive and great to work with. The view was beautiful. The location was PERFECT with acess to everything. We loved the golf cart. The house had everything we needed. We will be back!
Our cottage stay on the bay and was Fantastic! The house was clean, well decorated and cozy. Eric was easy to work with as well as attentive. The house covered all of our needs and quite a few extras, like laundry soap and upgraded dish soap! We will stay here again. The view was beautiful and the location is accessible to everything.
My stay at this vacation rental was simply perfect! We stayed at a Villa Lago home that was Impeccably maintained, breathtaking golf course views, and attentive hosts made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating getaway! We only stayed 4 days but it was everything we hoped for and more. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The sunsets from the balcony and screened porch were stunning! The golf cart was a total winner for getting around the neighborhood without needing to move our car. We are already looking forward to returning in 2025!
My family just got back from staying a week at the condo in Sandestin. Talk about a wonderful place to literally “unplug” and get “recharged”. Parking is conveniently located under the resort, where you can also park your rental bikes (highly recommend renting the bikes directly from Eric). Condo has 3 bedrooms, of which one room is a very spacious suite. Layout of the condo is very open and has every amenity needed to feel like home. Unit is on the corner of the building, which means the balcony is private and makes for a quiet experience. Backside faces the water and you can enjoy every sunset with a cocktail on the balcony and coffee in the morning while the breeze blows. Very relaxing! Location is very convenient. Pool/hot tub is a short walk away. Accessing The Village of Baytowne Wharf is literally a 5 minute walk. Here you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, breakfast places, and plenty of activities for the kiddos. You really don’t need to get in the car to experience the resort. Either do it by bike or golf cart. Beach is only a 2 mile bike ride along flat paved paths. Beach was amazing. They comb the sand every morning and take pride in making the beach a beautiful place to hang out. They even have a bar there to make sure you have have access to anything you need. There is also a Publix located right outside the resort, which makes it convenient to get beach supplies etc. All in all, a 5 star experience and we can’t wait to come back next year. With Eric, all your expectations will be met. He goes above and beyond to make sure that your vacation is a memorable one! Go ahead and book it, you won’t regret it! Enjoy the 30A!
Great place!
One thing I loved about this place is the very close proximity to the little neighborhood pool. It was maybe a 3-5 minute walk away if you don’t want to drive, right around the corner and down the hill beyond a wooden pedestrian bridge. There were plenty of opportunities to swim when no one else was there.
We had 15 family members there for part of the week and the house had ample room for all. The teens especially enjoyed playing pool downstairs.
Eric and his brother Mike (who was the contact person for us during July 4 week) were both great at communicating and seem like genuinely good guys. Whenever any question or issue arose, Mike texted back immediately, although he also has a property manager available to help and it was a holiday week.
Our family had a great time here. We had 10 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of room.
I also loved that we could message the owner with any questions or concerns and received a response very quickly.

This adorable three bedroom, three bathroom home is located in a private gated community near Destin. It was clean and had all the amenities for our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful at night with the sun hitting the water!
It was relaxing to walk the neighborhood, swim in the three private pools available, ride the golf cart provided to the beach with easy access within the resort neighborhood!
Grilling at night on the screened in porch was very comforting! There were also restaurants and shopping within the resort as well as within close proximity!
TVs are located in each bedroom and a washer and dryer are available in the home as well. He provides beach towels and beach accessories you can use while enjoying the pool or beach.
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in one of Eric’s homes for any future traveling adventures!

Highly recommend the 1942 Boardwalk Dr property for your family vacation in Sandestin! This is our second time and we’ll be back again. It is spacious, clean, and stocked with all the amenities (e.g. – grill, laundry detergent, dish soap, toiletries, etc). The kids bunk room is a huge hit. The (2) 6-seater golf carts are the added bonus. We used them to go to the beach, Baytowne Wharf, grocery store, shopping, etc. Eric is there to assist you when needed and is excellent with communication/information.
We just finished our second stay at Eric’s Baypine home. As with last time, it was extremely clean. The home is in an excellent location convenient to beaches and our favorite restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The Internet and smart TV set up was great. Eric is a very attentive host who provided a lot of excellent information on the home and local area. We are already planning our next stay.
This is the 3rd year we have booked the home at 1942 Boardwalk for our family vacation. We have loved it every time! It is spacious and has plenty of room for everyone. The home is always stocked with items we need, i.e. laundry detergent, dish soap, and toiletries in every bathroom. We love the home comes with 2-6 seater golf carts which is important for our family to navigate the community and get to the beach separately if the need arises. I highly recommend this place for your vacation in Sandestin!!
