One thing I loved about this place is the very close proximity to the little neighborhood pool. It was maybe a 3-5 minute walk away if you don’t want to drive, right around the corner and down the hill beyond a wooden pedestrian bridge. There were plenty of opportunities to swim when no one else was there.
We had 15 family members there for part of the week and the house had ample room for all. The teens especially enjoyed playing pool downstairs.
Eric and his brother Mike (who was the contact person for us during July 4 week) were both great at communicating and seem like genuinely good guys. Whenever any question or issue arose, Mike texted back immediately, although he also has a property manager available to help and it was a holiday week.
Our family had a great time here. We had 10 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of room.
I also loved that we could message the owner with any questions or concerns and received a response very quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s just as pictured and so beautiful. The house is in a small community, but is very private. There are spectacular views from the decks and not visible to the neighbors. The jacuzzi is at the house – the pool is at the neighborhood clubhouse which is walkable. The picture of the picnic table and bridge are also by the pool. As with all National Parks, cell phone/internet service is not available in the Smoky Mountain National Park and at the house the signal is extremely weak. Just be aware. The pool table, shuffleboard and arcade game were fun! Most of the TV’s have Roku and internet which was appreciated. There is a homeowner’s manual at the house which is helpful, but I would suggest contacting the owner’s through AB&B instead of contacting the management company that is listed in the manual. We had a great stay and are talking about coming back next year. It would be an amazing trip any time of year. So much to see and do. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great cabin and super responsive host! Would def stay again. We loved that the kitchen had everything you needed to cook for a large group. And the hot tub gets very hot! We have stayed at many cabins here where they do not. Highly recommend this cabin!

We just finished our second stay at Eric’s Baypine home. As with last time, it was extremely clean. The home is in an excellent location convenient to beaches and our favorite restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The Internet and smart TV set up was great. Eric is a very attentive host who provided a lot of excellent information on the home and local area. We are already planning our next stay.
This is the 3rd year we have booked the home at 1942 Boardwalk for our family vacation. We have loved it every time! It is spacious and has plenty of room for everyone. The home is always stocked with items we need, i.e. laundry detergent, dish soap, and toiletries in every bathroom. We love the home comes with 2-6 seater golf carts which is important for our family to navigate the community and get to the beach separately if the need arises. I highly recommend this place for your vacation in Sandestin!!
Our 2nd time renting and I can’t enough great things! Our stay was wonderful! The place was clean, full of everything we needed and perfect for our family. Added bonus was all the turtles in the back, the kids loved watching them. I love how close everything was with so much to do for everyone. Can’t wait to plan our next trip!!
Eric was wonderful to work with in booking this house. House was beautiful and exactly as described. The two golfs carts were an added bonus in addition being able to bring pets is a plus. Will definitely book this home again.
We loved staying in the 3bed 3 bath condo with two adults and two kids. Lots of space and appreciated that it is located on the corner overlooking the bay. The quiet patio was one of our favorite features! We also enjoyed using free passes for the tram! The walk to Baytown Wharf is just a few minutes away. We loved that the community is gated and so beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.
